Ginger garlic paste
Ingredients:
- Ginger - 100 grams (washed and roughly chopped)
- Garlic - 100 grams ( properly peeled)
- Oil - 50 grams or 2 tbsp
- Salt - 2 tbsp
- Firstly scarp the ginger cut them into small pieces and peel the garlic properly
- Take a blending jar and put the ginger and garlic. Grind it for 15 seconds
- In between add oil and salt blend it to a fine paste
- Now the ginger garlic paste is ready
- Store it in a clean jar and use it for up to 10 to 12 days
