Ginger garlic paste
Preparation timing 5 minutes
Ingredients:
  • Ginger - 100 grams (washed and roughly chopped)
  • Garlic - 100 grams ( properly peeled)
  • Oil - 50 grams or 2 tbsp
  • Salt - 2 tbsp
Direction:

  • Firstly scarp the ginger cut them into small pieces and peel the garlic properly
  • Take a blending jar and put the ginger and garlic. Grind it for 15 seconds
  • In between add oil and salt blend it to a fine paste
  • Now the ginger garlic paste is ready
  • Store it in a clean jar and use it for up to 10 to 12 days
