Garam masala powder
Ingredients:
- Coriander seeds - 4 tbsp
- Cumin seeds - 2 tbsp
- Green cardamom - 10 - 15
- Black pepper - 1 tsp
- Star anise - 2 florates
- Mess - 2 strands
- Bay leaves - 4- 5
- Cloves - 10
- Nutmeg - 1/2
- Black cardamom - 2- 3
- Cinnamon stick - 4 - 5
- Fennel seeds - 1 tbsp
Direction:
- Heat a pan and roast all the whole spices individually for a minute to leave its aroma
- After the spices are roasted cool them completely
- Once the spices are cooled completely take a grinding jar blend to a fine powder
- Garam masala is ready
- Store the masla in an air tight container for months
