Mango Puree
preparation timing- 4-5 minutes
Ingredients:
- Ripe mango - 400 gm or (2-3 large)
- Sugar - 2 tspn or to taste
- Ice cubes - 4 cubes
- water - 1/2 cup
- Cashew nuts for garnishing
- wash, peel and chop the mangoes into pieces
- Discard the hard part (stone)
- Transfer the mango pieces into a mixing jar
- Add sugar, ice cubes and water
- Blend it for 2-3 minutes
- Transfer it to the serving pot and garnish with chopped cashew nuts
- Serve it cool
