Mango Puree



preparation timing- 4-5 minutes

Ingredients:


  • Ripe mango - 400 gm or (2-3 large)
  • Sugar - 2 tspn or to taste
  • Ice cubes - 4 cubes
  • water - 1/2 cup
  • Cashew nuts for garnishing
Directions:

  • wash, peel and chop the mangoes into pieces
  • Discard the hard part (stone)
  • Transfer the mango pieces into a mixing jar
  • Add sugar, ice cubes and water
  • Blend it for 2-3 minutes
  • Transfer it to the serving pot and garnish with chopped cashew nuts
  • Serve it cool
