Indian masala tea / chai 

Preparetion timing 5 – 10 minutes

Ingredients:
  •   Water – 2 cups
  •  Milk – 1 cup
  •  Tea powder - 2 tbsp
  •   Ginger – 1 inch chrushed
  •    Cardamom  – 2 whole crushed
  •   Cloves - 2 pcs crushed
  •   Sugar – 2 ½ tspn or to taste

Directions :
  •  Boil 2 cups of water in a sauce pan let the water boiled completely.
  • While the water is boiling meanwhile crush the ginger , cloves  and            cardamom roughly. 
  •   Further add tea powder and crushed ginger cloves and cardamom into       the boiling water.
  •   Let it boil for for a minute.
  •  Then add milk, sugar and simmer until the tea comes to boil
  • You can see the color of the tea is getting darker
  • Now switch off the flame and strain the tea with a mesh strainer into cups 
  •   Serve it with some cookies.
