Butter milk recipes - quick and easy butter milk recipe - masala butter milk recipe

Butter milk
Preparation timing 15 minutes

Ingredients:
  • Curd / yogurt - 2 cups / 500ml
  • Mint leaves - 1/2 cup
  • Coriander leave- 1/4 cup
  • Ginger - 1 inch
  • Salt - 1 tspn
  • Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
  • Black salt - 1/2 tspn
  • chilled Water - 
    1 ½ 
    cups
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tspn
  • Roasted cumiin Powder - 1/2 tsp

Direction:

  • Firstly make a puree of mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilly, and ginger
  • Grind it for at least 10 -15 seconds
  •  Add curd / yogurt and salt to the puree and  grind it for another 30 seconds
  •  Now the buttermilk is half done 
  • Take a mixing bowl and strain the mixture through a strainer 
  • Now add black salt 1/2 tspn, lemon juice 1 tbsp, chilled water 1 cup, black pepper powder 1/2 tspn and 1/2 tspn of roasted cumin powder
  • Take a hand blender and churn it  until  foamy texture
  • Pour the butter milk into serving glass sprinkle roasted cumin powder and garnish with a spring of mint leaf or coriander leaf.
