Fruits raita
Ingredients:
- Thick curd ( yogurt) - 500 gm
- Pine apple - 100 g
- Apple - 2 ( chopped)
- Grapes - 100 g
- Green chilly - 2
- Ginger - 1 inch
- Sugar - 2 tsp
- Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
- Black salt - 1/4 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Firstly take a mixing bowl and add 500 g of curd in to it.
- In which additionally add 1/2 tsp of cumin powder , 1/4 tsp of black salt, salt to taste mix all the ingredients well with the help of a whisk or a hand blender until the curd becomes soft and smooth.
- After that take a blending jar and make a puree of 2 green chilly and 1 inch ginger.
- Further add the puree in to the curd and also combine with this properly.
- Refrigerate the curd mixture for 1 hour.
- In the mean while wash the pine apple and peel the skin and chop the pine apple and apples into small chunks.
- You can use grapes directly or if you want you can chop them. And keep them aside.
- When the curd is properly set in refrigerator take it out from the refrigerate again mix it with the help of a spatula.
- Then add all the chopped fruits and mix it well.
- Now the Mouth drooling fruit raita is ready.
- Garnish with a pinch of chaat masala and coriander leaves.
- You can serve this in meals or any time of the day.
